I have been building the new getaway site and that has its own blog so this one will close, we are still working out the teething problems of the new blog so hopefully you will get some new info on the NEW blog soon.

The site is open for bookings so BOOK NOW for November bookings are filling up fast and numbers are limited so book now via the website.

June Getaway

June Getaway - Book Now places limited

Where: Rawson Village, the gateway to the Walhalla & Mountain Rivers region. Set on 15 acres of native bushland, Rawson Village provides the perfect base for exploring this wonderful region.

Meals: Comprise a full breakfast (cereals, fruit juice, toast & spreads, tea & coffee, and a fabulous hot selection), afternoon tea, lunch, and a set 2 course dinner daily. All meals are prepared on-site by qualified chefs, and special dietary requirements and food allergies can be catered for.
Accommodation: Motel rooms on site, primarily on a Twin share and Single occupancy basis, with some Triple share rooms also available. The AAA Tourism Rated 3 ½ star motel accommodation comprises 20 units, each with their own private ensuite, full linen and towels, colour television and DVD player, radio, heating and air-conditioning, electric blankets, refrigerator, tea & coffee making facilities, telephone, and free wireless Internet access.

Pricing:
Fully catered 3 night/4 day stay in Single Motels will be AUD$395.50 per person, inc. linen.
Fully catered 3 night/4 day stay in Twin share Motels will be AUD$291.00 per person, inc. linen.
Fully catered 3 night/4 day stay in Triple share Motels will be AUD$266.00 per person, inc. linen.

Payment: By direct deposit only into the Very Special Getaway trust account - full payment must be paid prior to the event. Part payments may be made and it is your responsibility to ensure final payment is made at least 1 week prior to 5th of June - cash payments cannot be made on the weekend. A deposit must be paid at time of booking and booking will only be confirmed when deposit is received. Please let us know what type of room you are booking and for how many people and we will confirm if your option is available before deposit is made.

Bookings: Enquiries can be made to mettea@bigpond.com (the advice of payments can also be directed to this address). All payments should have your surname on the deposit if possible otherwise it is difficult to assign payments to accounts. If over the counter payments are being made, please ask for a reference number and in turn advise us.

Fundraising: Consists of a Small Change Auction on the Saturday night - any donations welcome of any description (except husbands).
